Christopher Robert Evans is a popular American actor. His career began with television roles, including Opposite Sext in the year 2000. Evans gained fame for his portrayal of his character, the Human Torch Marvel Comics character in the 2005 film Fantastic Four, and the sequel Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans has appeared in numerous films based on comic books and graphic novels, including TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim and the World vs. the World (2009) and Snowpiercer (2013). The character of Captain America/Steve Rogers in his role in Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014, 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) in addition to Endgame 2019, brought him more fame. The work he did on the Marvel series made him one of the world's highest-paid actors.
